Estimates and Pre-Construction Planning
While building consent is underway, we’ll prepare a detailed estimate and draft a preliminary construction schedule.
This is also the ideal time to start selecting interior finishes and materials. Many selections have long lead times, so making early decisions helps keep your project on track and on budget.
Construction & Project Management
