Designed as a new-build behind an existing home, this project made full use of the allowable footprint to create a high-performance, passive home tailored for modern living. With a striking dark cedar exterior and clean architectural lines, the home is both bold and refined in its visual presence.

The layout was carefully considered to maximize both functionality and flow, with standout features including a guest suite, a large internal garage, and an elevator for future-proofed accessibility. The master suite offers a private retreat, while the pool, positioned to reflect light into the adjacent sitting room, adds a unique design moment and visual connection between inside and out.
